National School Lunch Week

The week of October 14-18 was National School Lunch Week. This week at Greenbriar the students have been celebrating healthy eating in the cafeteria. On Wednesday, Greenbriar had a special guest Chef who talked to the students about preparing squash as a healthy food choice. The students were able to sample squash and tables were decorated with various kinds of squash. The students even enjoyed wearing chef hats while they ate lunch.
