Next week the 5th grade ambassadors will be running the “March Madness fundraiser.”  They would like to raise some money to buy some new recess equipment for the entire school to use this year and beyond.  We would like to buy some new portable soccer goals, basketballs, kickballs, jump ropes…  Here is how it will work.

Each morning next week if a student brings in money, they will go to the gym between 8:25 and 8:40.  The students will have a chance to shoot a basket to win a prize.  The cost is $.50 for one shot or 3 shots for $1.00.  We hope to get students excited about new recess equipment and practice their basketball skills.
