At Greenbriar Elementary, students in grades k-5 have many opportunities to enhance their educational experience. The normal student day provides special interest opportunities while the after school programming is filled with educational/musical enrichment and physical fitness. Information is sent home throughout the year as various activities begin enrollment. After School Enrichment

The Parent Teacher Organization provides after school enrichment twice a year for 3 months, once per semester. Students can get involved in a variety of experiences ranging from art to karate. Past enrichment offerings have included: Pottery, Cartooning, Spanish, Chinese Language and Culture, Gymnastics, Physical Fitness, Karate, Drawing, Dance Hip Hop, Twirling, Girls Growing Gracefully, and a variety of Book Studies. WT Little League

The Washington Township Little League (formerly Westlane Delaware Trail Little League). As a chartered league of Little League Baseball and Softball, WTLL has served area youth for over 60 years, Washington Township Little League offers instructional Tee-Ball, baseball, and softball programs for youth ages 4 through 10 and competitive baseball and softball programs for players age 10 through 18. Youth Football (Fall)

First Baptist Athletics (FBA) Youth Sports

FBA is a Youth Sports program serving over 2000 children each year in Washington Township. Panther Youth Basketball (Fall/Winter)

North Central Starz Diving Club (year-round)

The North Central Starz Diving Club practices in the state of the art Natatorium facility on the North Central High School campus. The diving club is for all skill levels of divers in the Washington Township Area, made up of divers ranging in age from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Participants train on springboard and platform all year round, and nearly 100% of our new divers have no formal diving experience when they join.There is no experience necessary and all we ask is that you know how to swim in the deep end. Washington Township Schools Community Tennis (Spring / Summer)

The Washington Township Schools’ Community Tennis Program consists of 44 Courts located at three locations: Barbara S. Wynne Tennis Center with a large Tennis House and 32 courts. Address 1805 East 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240; Eastwood Tennis Center, 4401 East 62nd Street, with 6 courts and bathrooms; and Westlane Tennis Center, 6 courts located at 1301 West 73rd Street. Classes are offered at all three locations during the Spring and Summer months. USTA Programs are offered from beginner level to a strong Tournament Players program with a staff of 16 and over 300 participants. Adult classes are offered both during the day and at night. Washington Township Schools Swim Club (year-round)

The Washington Township Swim Club, a nonprofit club run by its elected Board of Directors, is a USS year round, competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to international competitor. As members of the American Swim Coaches Association, all coaches have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States.
